Dylan Foo is a Partner in the Global Infrastructure Fund (GIF) and also serves as Head of the Americas overseeing sourcing, execution and managing infrastructure investments across the Americas region. He is a voting member on the GIF Investment Committee, which successfully closed $2.5bn in capital commitments in 2016. He is also an Alternate Member on the Global Infrastructure Debt Fund. He has successfully executed infrastructure transactions across the globe, and was directly responsible for AMP Capital’s investment and growth strategy in the Americas having led every transaction including Capistrano Wind Farms and ITS ConGlobal (ITSCG). Mr Foo has also served on the board of a number of Portfolio companies, including Smarte Carte (Chairman), Chicago Millennium Garages, Angel Trains (UK) and Kenyeri Hydro. He was previously based in London, where he was focused on originating transport-related assets and responsible for the first investment into the offshore transmission sector. Prior to joining AMP Capital in 2006, he worked at Westpac Bank, assessing the financial and commercial viability of e-Business acquisitions, and at Morgan Stanley in London. Mr Foo holds a Bachelor of International Business degree from Q.U.T., Australia and a Masters of Applied Finance degree from Macquarie University, Australia.
