Our Investment Strategy and Research team monitors trends, prepares forecasts and performance along with compiling a robust, bi-annual house view on real estate markets.


AMP Centre (Australia)

Strategically positioned adjacent to Circular Quay in Sydney’s CBD, AMP Centre benefits from uninterrupted views over Sydney Harbour, the Botanical Gardens and the Opera House. Macquarie Shopping Centre (Australia)

Located in Sydney’s third largest business district, approximately 14 kilometres north-west of Sydney’s CBD, Macquarie Centre is surrounded by the affluent residential areas of Sydney’s northern suburbs and Macquarie University. The centre serves 190,000 residents in the main trade area, plus approximately 31,000 students from Macquarie University and 38,000 professionals in the surrounding Macquarie Business Park.

700 Bourke St (Australia)

Situated next to Etihad Stadium and Southern Cross Railway Station, 700 Bourke Street features more than 63,000 square metres (sqm) of office accommodation, 770sqm of retail space, a child care centre, auditorium, outdoor terrace and a two-level car park. This A-grade asset with premium-grade services was completed in 2013 and is regarded as a new gateway to Melbourne’s Docklands precinct.
