Westfield Tea Tree Plaza is located in Adelaide's north-eastern suburbs, approximately 15 kilometres from Adelaide's CBD. The centre provides a comprehensive retail offer to the local community and caters for a trade area population of approximately 411,000 people. The centre is anchored by a strong performing Myer department store, Harris Scarfe, discount department stores including Kmart, Target and Big W, supermarkets including Coles, Woolworths and Aldi, mini majors including Cafe Primo, The Reject Shop and Intersport, a Hoyts Cinema complex, a wide selection of specialty shops and car parking for approximately 4,500 vehicles. A major upgrade featuring a new dining and restaurant precinct has commenced and is expected to be completed by the end of 2018. It will feature an expanded Hoyts cinema complex with three extra cinemas and premium experience featuring recliner seating, premium food and improved sound and vision. The upgrade will also include 10 new restaurants and a new outdoor playground.
