Macquarie Centre is located north of the Sydney CBD at North Ryde, and is managed by AMP Capital.

Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is a super-regional centre, and is the largest Shopping Centre located in the western suburbs of Brisbane.

Gasworks Plaza, located in Newstead Brisbane, is an iconic retail and dining precinct.

Just 15 minutes south of Perth’s CBD, Westfield Shopping Centre opened in the affluent suburb of Booragoon in 1972.

Located in the heart of Randwick in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Royal Randwick Shopping Centre is home to Woolworths, Harris Farm, Fitness First, Seed Heritage, Randwick City Library and over 60 specialty stores.

Stockland Townsville (including Nathan Street centre) is the dominant shopping centre in the geographical heart of Townsville.

Westfield Liverpool is located in a growth corridor approximately 35 kilometres south-west of Sydney’s CBD in the heart of a major commercial centre.

Marrickville Metro was initially constructed in 1987. The centre is located approximately 6km from the Sydney CBD and is anchored by Woolworths, Aldi, Kmart and 109 specialty stores.

Westfield Southland is a super regional shopping centre located in Cheltenham, approximately 16 kms from Melbourne’s CBD. One of the largest shopping centres in Victoria, it has a broad retail offer and serves a trade area population of around 577,000 people.

Bayfair Shopping Centre is a single level, regional shopping centre located in Mount Maunganui, a suburb of Tauranga within the Bay of Plenty.

Bethlehem Town Centre is a community retail centre situated on State Highway 2, approximately 10 minutes to the west of central Tauranga.

Established in 2001, Botany Town Centre has grown to be one of New Zealand’s top five regional shopping centres, and is the second largest shopping centre in Auckland (by area).

Brickworks is a lifestyle shopping centre located on Ferry Road, approximately 1.2 km south of the Southport Central Business District (CBD) & 3km north-west of Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast.

Casula Mall is a sub-regional shopping centre located in a well-established, densely populated main trade area in south west Sydney.

In the heart of the New Plymouth CBD and overlooking the coastal walkway stands Centre City Shopping Centre.

Dapto Mall is a sub-regional shopping centre, located on the corner of the Princes Highway and Moombarra Street, Dapto.

Malvern Central is located in the well-established and affluent inner south eastern Melbourne suburb of Malvern, approximately eight kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD.

Marketown Shopping Centre is a sub-regional centre situated in Newcastle, two hours north of Sydney. The centre incorporates two sites and is around 26,000 square metres.

Market Place Warner comprises a modern, single level neighbourhood centre located within Warner, being approximately 22kms northwest of the Brisbane CBD.

Merivale Mall is a neighbourhood centre situated about 10 minutes’ north of the Christchurch CBD in Merivale Village.

Northbridge Plaza is a neighbourhood centre located on Sydney’s lower north shore, approximately eight kilometres from the Sydney CBD.

Ocean Keys is a sub regional double DDS shopping centre located in the northern coastal suburb of Clarkson, approximately 35kms from the Perth CBD. Ocean Keys opened in June 2001 and is a well established brand in the local community.

Stud Park is situated within the City of Knox, 32kms east of Melbourne CBD. The Centre provides convenience shopping, including a fresh food offer and service retailers.

The Palms is a regional centre situated 4.5 kilometres north east of the Christchurch CBD.

Westfield Tea Tree Plaza is located in Adelaide's north-eastern suburbs, approximately 15 kilometres from Adelaide's CBD.

Westfield Warringah Mall is located in Sydney’s North, approximately 15 kilometres from the CBD.
