05 May 2021 – Please be aware of scammers falsely representing AMP Capital. AMP Capital is aware of an ongoing scam operation targeting customers and the broader community, offering inflated interest returns available through fictitious investment vehicles titled the Capital Protected Fixed Income Government Fund and the Woolworths Group Fixed Rate Bonds. Through the use of phishing emails, malicious operators are sending falsified e-brochures to people in an effort to entice them to invest in a false product that features AMP Capital’s branding. Please be aware this is a not a legitimate product from AMP Capital.

AMP Capital does not approach potential customers via electronic direct mail (EDM) nor does the company solicit personal or financial information via email. 
If you are concerned that you may have been targeted by scammers, please contact us on 1800 658 404 from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (Sydney time).

Christina Malcolm joins AMP Capital as Leasing Director

AMP Capital today announced it has appointed Christina Malcolm as Leasing Director across AMP Capital’s Office & Logistics Real Estate team. Ms Malcolm has over 25-years’ experience in the property sector and was most recently Director Office Leasing at Savills, and prior to that she held senior roles at CBRE and JLL.

Kylie O’Connor, AMP Capital’s head of Real Estate said: “Christina joins us with a wealth of experience in the leasing business and her customer-first mindset, energised approach and collaborative leadership style will help ensure AMP Capital continues to attract and retain quality tenants across our portfolio of assets delivering for our investors and clients.

“Christina has an excellent reputation across the industry, and we look forward to welcoming her aboard”, Ms O’Connor concluded.

In this role, Ms Malcolm will be responsible for leading AMP Capital’s Office & Logistics leasing capability. This team is responsible for a number of assets including Quay Quarter Tower, 33 Alfred Street and Collins Place, which are key assets in AMP Capital’s Wholesale Office Fund (AWOF), Australia’s best performing wholesale fund1.

Ms Malcolm is highly regarded across the real estate industry and has won multiple awards throughout her career. She is a seasoned veteran, having experienced several market cycles in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Ms Malcolm will join AMP Capital in November 2021.
