One of the largest shopping centre in the region, it serves a trade area of around 340,000 people and is the dominant retail and leisure facility in Perth's southern suburbs. Rockingham Centre has a total gross lettable area of 62,300 sqm across one single level with 3,230 car parking spaces. It is anchored by Woolworths and Coles supermarkets, Target and Kmart discount department stores and an eight screen Ace Cinema complex with an associated casual dining precinct.
