Ocean Keys is a sub regional shopping centre located in the northern coastal suburb of Clarkson, approximately 35 kilometres from the Perth CBD. Ocean Keys opened in June 2001 and is a well established brand in the local community. The centre completed a $108 million development taking the centre to 37,200 square metres GLA in 2014. The Ocean Keys main trade area is reflective of most outer developing suburbs, comprised of traditional families in their early life stages, who are attracted by the affordability and accessibility of the residential development throughout the region, coupled with its attractive coastal environment.
