AMP Capital is aware of an ongoing scam operation targeting customers and the broader community, offering inflated interest returns, available through fictitious investment vehicles, titled AMP Capital High Yield Fixed Return Global Market Fund. Through the use of phishing emails and phone calls, malicious operators are attempting to entice them to invest in a false product that features AMP Capital’s branding. Please be aware this is a not a legitimate product from AMP Capital.

Karrinyup Shopping Centre


Karrinyup is Perth's premier retail venue north of the river and home to 290 stores including Zara, Sephora, H&M and UNIQLO.

The centre is nestled in the suburb of Karrinyup, approximately 12 kilometres north-west of the CBD, and in close proximity to some of Western Australia’s finest beaches and coastal strip suburbs.

Following a three year, $800 million redevelopment, the centre has almost doubled in size to 109,000 square metres which includes a large piazza, corso and main street, leisure, lifestyle and entertainment and a fresh market precinct with Coles and ALDI joining the existing Woolworths.

In addition to the shopping centre development, a $100 million residential development is now well under way on the eastern side with more than 80% of the 94 apartments already pre-sold. Approval has also just been granted for the western side residential development, which consists of three buildings to be built in two stages, including a total of 270 new homes as well as some commercial tenancies.
