We report quarterly to investors and annually using GRESB (the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark), the Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI) and NGERs (National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act).

  • Accessibility Most Accessible Centre in NZ

    Bayfair’s Shopping Centre in Tauranga is recognised as the most accessible shopping centre in New Zealand. Bayfair was the first centre in New Zealand to undertake the “Be.Accessible” accessibility assessment, securing the top platinum rating.

  • Responsible Responsible contracting practices

    AMP Capital is a founding supporter of the Cleaning Accountability Framework (CAF), a collective of property investors, owners and managers, cleaning companies, employee representative and industry associations that supports responsible contracting practices.
