AMP Capital launches ambitious 2030 real estate sustainability strategy

Karrinyup is a vibrant regional shopping centre located north of Perth, nestled in the suburb of Karrinyup, approximately 12 kilometres north-west of the CBD, and two kilometres from the ocean to the west and in close proximity to some of Western Australia’s finest beaches and coastal strip suburbs.
AMP Capital Shopping Centres is planning to redevelop Karrinyup Shopping Centre. The redevelopment aims to enhance the retail, leisure, entertainment and food and beverage offer of this iconic Perth shopping centre.
On completion the centre is will have:
additional supermarkets, existing Woolworths and fresh food precinct
large format international retailers
high-quality brands
comprehensive food and beverage offering indoor and alfresco dining
large piazza, corso and main street
leisure, lifestyle and entertainment
residential apartments
On completion the centre will be approximately 113,300 square metres which includes retail, food and beverage and non-retail commercial space.
