European infrastructure fund
Overview
Established in 2005, our European infrastructure fund invests in a portfolio of infrastructure assets diversified by European countries and sectors. It offers access to a diverse range of infrastructure sectors, including energy/utilities (e.g., energy generation, energy distribution and transmission, water treatment and distribution, telecommunications infrastructure), transport (e.g., roads, tunnels, airports, rail and ports) and social (e.g., hospitals, correctional facilities and schools) and asset life cycles.
This fund is designed to provide investors with stable returns over the long term through a mix of capital growth and yield. It utilises AMP Capital's proven infrastructure investment methodology, which has been developed and refined over the last 20 years.

Boe Pahari
Mr Pahri has over twenty years experience in the banking industry. Mr Pahri started his banking career at Citigroup in Sydney and subsequently worked for more than 13 years with ABN AMRO based in Singapore, Amsterdam, New York and London. During this period, Boe worked in regional and global positions, including Regional CFO for Asia Pacific, Global Head of Strategy and M&A, Global Head of Proprietary Structuring Group, Head of Emerging Growth Markets, Head of Infrastructure Capital, Americas, Global Head of Integrated Finance/Infrastructure Capital, Global Head of Special Situations and Distressed Capital and Global Head Structured Capital. Subsequently, in Royal Bank of Scotland Boe was appointed Global co-Head Principal Strategies.
Mr Pahri has lead Principal, Advisory and Leading teams across Asia, North America and Europe and personally led the creation and development of a number of businesses for ABN AMRO and RBS.
Mr. Pahari is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in Sydney, with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of NSW, and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney.

Rob Verrion
Rob Verrion is responsible for the long-term performance of AMP Capital’s European infrastructure assets as part of SITE's active asset management strategy. Mr Verrion’s most recent role was Chief Executive Officer of Angel Trains UK, where he was responsible for transitioning the Angel Trains UK business from Angel Trains Europe. In addition, Mr Verrion has an extensive career of over 27 years in infrastructure, including serving as Chief Operating Officer of international electricity and gas company, National Grid, and holding senior roles at Severn Trent Water, Metrogas and British Gas. He also has extensive experience as a non-executive director. Mr Verrion holds an FCA (PricewaterhouseCoopers), and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Southampton.
Simon Ellis
Simon Ellis is responsible for operational matters including hedging, risk management, independent asset valuations, debt management and fund reporting. He also has portfolio management and origination responsibilities. Mr Ellis has more than 12 years of infrastructure market experience, covering both primary bidding activity and secondary acquisitions across a range of sectors including transport, social infrastructure and energy. Prior to joining AMP Capital, Mr Ellis was chief investment officer of ING Infrastructure Funds in London, where he led the Fund's investment strategy and origination activities. He has also held senior positions in the infrastructure teams at WestLB, HVB and Lloyds TSB. Mr Ellis holds a first class BA honours degree in English from Bangor University and a postgraduate ACIB qualification.
