Overview
AMP Capital's Global Property Securities Fund provides access to global property investment opportunities through a single fund.
The fund aims to generate medium to high returns over the long term by investing in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and property securities companies in Asia Pacific, North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This has the potential to enhance the risk and return profile of an investor’s portfolio.
Investors in our real estate securities fund benefit from the diversification of around 60-85 stocks in a number of sectors and across a diverse range of geographies. They also benefit from the real estate securities skills of our teams on the ground in Sydney, Hong Kong, London and Chicago.

Matthew Hoult, BBus
Head of Global Listed Real Estate
Matthew Hoult has more than 13 years experience in the financial services industry having worked as a property analyst in the Australian equities teams of two global investment managers before specialising in global property securities in September 1999. Prior to joining AMP Capital, Mr Hoult worked at BNP Paribas Asset Management for seven years, the last two and half years of which as chief investment officer of global property.
Mr Hoult holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
