Patrick Trears is a Principal in AMP Capital Infrastructure Debt Fund with over 15 years’ experience in Infrastructure investing across the Americas and Europe. Mr. Trears is responsible for heading up AMP Capital Infrastructure Debt Fund in the Americas, focusing on mezzanine and subordinated debt opportunities. Since joining AMP Capital, Mr. Trears has been actively involved in building AMP Capital profile in the mezzanine / subordinated debt sector, while successful fundraising US$1.1bn for AMP Capital Infrastructure Debt Fund II. Mr. Trears has worked on numerous mezzanine investments across power generation assets and independent power producers, most recently closing an C$110m investment for Alterra Power Corporation and an US$100m investment in Astoria Energy a 550mw combined cycle generation facility in New York.

Mr. Trears was previously a Director at WestLB infrastructure team covering the Americas, working across the energy and transportation assets. Some of the assets closed under his guidance include, Port of Miami tunnel, I- 95, PR 22, Ontario PPS, and Embraport. Prior to that he worked at Citi Investment banking platform in New York and London. Mr. Trears is a member of AMP Capital’s Infrastructure Debt Investment Committee. Mr. Trears received Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin.

Dylan Foo is Head of the Americas and serves as a member of the $2bn Global Infrastructure Fund Investment Committee. He heads up the team responsible for all sourcing, execution and asset management activities across the Americas region. Mr. Foo moved to New York in 2012 and has successfully led the growth strategy in the region, including investments in Capistrano Wind Farms (413 MW wind portfolio),  Smarte Carte (US infrastructure services), and Chicago Millennium Garages, which is the largest downtown underground parking system in the US. He was previously based in London, where he led the origination of transport-related assets and offshore transmission. During his time in London, he also served as Board Director on Angel Trains and Kenyeri Hydro. Prior to joining AMP Capital in 2006, he worked at Westpac Bank, and Morgan Stanley. Mr Foo holds a Bachelor of International Business degree from Q.U.T, and a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Australia.

Mark Miness is responsible for institutional sales and consultant relations for AMP Capital’s suite of real asset strategies in the western half of North America as well as Latin America. Working in partnership with the global distribution and portfolio management teams, Mr Miness is responsible for building strategic relationships, securing and maintaining strategy ratings from consultants, and identifying and pursuing existing and future North American institutional sales opportunities. Prior to joining AMP Capital, Mr Miness was with Cohen & Steers Capital Management for more than eight years where he was Vice President- Institutional Sales & Consultant Relations, helping to sell CNS’ suite of listed real asset strategies and its private real estate multi-manager fund. Prior to that, Mr. Miness spent five years with Wellington Management Company in a similar capacity working both in the U.S. and Australia. Mr. Miness is based in San Francisco, California.

Craig Watkins is responsible for institutional sales and consultant relations for AMP Capital’s suite of real asset strategies in the eastern half of North America as well as Latin America. Working in partnership with the global distribution and portfolio management teams, Mr. Watkins is responsible for building strategic relationships, securing and maintaining strategy ratings from consultants, and identifying and pursuing existing and future North American institutional sales opportunities. Prior to joining AMP Capital, Craig was previously with Cohen & Steers Capital Management, where he served as Vice President, Institutional Sales & Consultant Relations from February 2007 to June 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Watkins spent nearly five years in a similar capacity with Essex Investment Management Company and another five with State Street Global Advisors, both in Boston. Mr. Watkins is based in New York.
