Richard Shields
Richard Shields heads up AMP Capital’s UK and European operations and was appointed to this role in March 2008. Prior to this, Mr Shields was Executive Director responsible for overseeing business management and strategic relationships across the company’s global property securities business. Before joining AMP Capital, Mr Shields held several positions in Australian financial markets, including General Manager and Executive Manager roles.
Mr Shields holds a Bachelor of Economics (First Class Honours) and is an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia (ASIA).

Boe Pahari
Boe Pahari has over twenty years experience in the banking industry. Mr Pahari started his banking career at Citigroup in Sydney and subsequently worked for more than 13 years with ABN AMRO based in Singapore, Amsterdam, New York and London. During this period, Mr Pahari worked in regional and global positions, including Regional CFO for Asia Pacific, Global Head of Strategy and M&A, Global Head of Proprietary Structuring Group, Head of Emerging Growth Markets, Head of Infrastructure Capital, Americas, Global Head of Integrated Finance/Infrastructure Capital, Global Head of Special Situations and Distressed Capital and Global Head Structured Capital. Subsequently, in Royal Bank of Scotland Mr Pahari was appointed Global co-Head Principal Strategies.
Mr Pahari has lead Principal, Advisory and Leading teams across Asia, North America and Europe and personally led the creation and development of a number of businesses for ABN AMRO and RBS.
Mr Pahari is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in Sydney, with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of NSW, and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney

Andrew Jones
Andrew Jones is responsible for leading AMP Capital’s infrastructure debt activities globally. He has over 22 years of experience in the industry, and joined the investment team in January 2000. Mr. Jones has significant experience sourcing, arranging and managing infrastructure debt assets in all of the target markets of the Fund. For AMP Capital’s infrastructure equity investments, he is the Director of a student accommodation business, the Director of an aged care services business and has also been a member of AMP Capital’s Infrastructure Investment Committee since 2004.
Mr. Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from Flinders University (Australia).

Gerry Jennings
Gerry Jennings joined the investment team in October 2005. He is responsible for sourcing and managing a portfolio of sub-investment grade assets in the European market including regulated infrastructure utilities (water, gas and airports), ports and infrastructure service assets. He also manages relationships with European sponsors and international banks for AMP Capital. Mr. Jennings brings over 20 years of private equity and leveraged market experience to the role.
Mr. Jennings holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Diploma of Management from Henley Management College (UK), as well as a Certified Diploma in Accounting & Finance from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) (UK).
