As AMP Capital's Asian regional hub, the Singapore team specialises in Asian property, Asian real estate securities (REITs), Asian equities and distribution of investment products throughout the region. The team also actively source and research opportunities in the region for new product initiatives.

Dean Winterton
As Managing Director, South East Asia and the Middle East, Mr Winterton is responsible for managing and providing leadership to AMP Capital’s regional hub in Singapore. A key focus for Mr Winterton is the client facing activities of the firm, including development and ongoing management of key business relationships as well as promoting AMP Capital’s investment capabilities. Prior to his current appointment Mr Winterton was the Head of AMP Capital’s institutional business in Australia.
Mr Winterton has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of NSW, a Bachelor of Arts/Journalism from the University of Queensland and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA).

Teck Khim Wong
Teck Khim Wong leads our sales and distribution activities in the Asia Pacific region, including strategic positioning and developing new distribution channels. Mr Wong has over 20 years experience in regional distribution and management of institutional client relationships. Mr Wong holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from thr National University of Singapore.

Graham Sugden
Graham Sugden joined AMP Group in 2007. His responsibilities include development and management of AMP Capital's Asian real estate funds management operations. With over 30 years of experience prior to joining AMP Capital, Mr Sugden has worked with other major real estate investment groups in Australia, Korea, Malaysia and Singapore. Mr Sugden was a Founding Committee Member of the Asian Public Real Estate Association (APREA), and has served as Vice President of APREA since the inaugural General Meeting in March 2006.
Mr Sugden holds a Masters Degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, England.
